Purchase Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the procurement process and ensuring that the company has the necessary materials and services to operate efficiently.
 

Responsibility:
1) Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, supplies, and services as per company requirements.
2) Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and prices.
3) Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.
4) Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and quality of materials.
5) Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
6) Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support.
